Our own teams build exactly what you approved.
Civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceilings, carpentry, painting and furnishing — crews that work for ARK, not a subcontractor. Weekly photo updates on WhatsApp.
- 03Handover
Snag check, deep clean, keys.
An itemised quote before we start, milestone payments as we go, and a workmanship warranty after we hand over.
